9. Google Analytics

We use, or may use, Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors use The Mill Studio website.

Depending on your cookie choices, this may provide information about matters such as pages visited, interactions with the website, device and browser information, how visitors arrived at the website and approximate geographic information derived from technical data.

We use this information to understand website performance and improve our website and services.

Where consent is required, analytics technologies will only be activated after you have given the appropriate permission.

10. Meta Pixel & advertising

We use, or may use, technologies provided by Meta, including the Meta Pixel.

Where personal information is transferred internationally, we will take appropriate steps where required under UK data protection law to ensure that the information receives an appropriate level of protection.

Different categories of information may therefore be retained for different periods.

For example, information relating to financial transactions may need to be retained for longer than general enquiries because of accounting and tax requirements.

We periodically review the information we hold and delete or anonymise information when it is no longer reasonably required.
